01 · Collect

Import keywords: every idea gets a row.

Import files, pasted lists, spreadsheet tables, or exports from other SEO tools. Everything lands in your workspace database for free.

02 · Organize

Rows become working sets.

Lists, tags, workflow statuses you define, saved views, and filter-based smart lists keep large inventories usable. This part remains free.

Lists 3 · Tags 5Spent €0.00

03 · The deliberate spend

Search volume and SERP data run only after your decision.

You pick the keywords and the data package. Before the action runs, Crawl Foundry shows the scope, estimated maximum, and available balance. Saving without enrichment stays free.

Selection 128 keywordsEstimated (max.) €0.05Balance €25.00

04 · Perspectives

Same data, new angles.

List, matrix, and Kanban views show the same inventory. You define the statuses used as Kanban columns, without losing context or taking an export-import detour.

05 · Focus

One keyword, all the evidence.

Trend, click potential by SERP position, and competitive context sit beside the table, so you can inspect them without leaving the current work.

06 · Your data

Your keyword database, your file, your call.

Choose the scope and columns, then download CSV, XLSX, or JSON. You can take the enriched working set at any time, and every step remains traceable in the activity history.

Every import, tag, enrichment, and export appears in the activity history, where the whole team can trace it.

What is a keyword database?

A keyword database is a maintained collection of search terms and the evidence you use to plan pages. Bring your own keywords into Crawl Foundry, keep the relevant context together, and request fresh metrics for the terms you need to evaluate.

  1. Bring your existing keywords

Use a CSV with one term per row and a column named keyword, keywords or Keyword. Check the column mapping and preview before importing. Search volume can stay blank.

  2. Keep the working set clear

Use optional list and tags columns to group keywords during import. For a client project, put the client name in list and the page topic in tags. Select that list as the source for a later export.

  3. Refresh only what needs a decision

Select the terms that need current search volume, difficulty or SERP evidence. Review the scope and price before requesting paid data, then export your selected set.

Is the keyword database free?

Importing, organizing, tagging and exporting your keywords are free. Requests for fresh external metrics use prepaid balance; you see the scope and price before confirming.

Does every keyword have current search volume?

Only available evidence is shown. Imported figures can be older, and a keyword may not have volume data yet. Check the source and date, and request fresh data when it matters for your decision.
