The database core is the starting point: import, collect, organize, tag, cluster, and export keyword data. Paid actions are for fresh SEO data and analysis.
What uses EUR balance?
Fresh search volume, keyword difficulty, CPC, intent, SERP snapshots, competitor signals, and deeper analyses use balance when requested.
Will I be charged silently?
No. Before a paid data action runs, Crawl Foundry shows its scope and estimated cost.
Can I top up my balance?
Yes. Top-ups add prepaid EUR balance without changing your plan features or access level.
What do paid plans add?
Paid plans mainly add monthly prepaid balance and more workspaces. The database core stays the same, and every paid data action still shows its estimated cost before it runs.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The free plan plus one-time top-ups covers most work, and top-ups are credited 1:1 as balance. A plan pays off when you use more than about EUR 31 of data a month, because its monthly balance is larger than its fee, or when you need more than three workspaces.
